Sunday mornings I usually take time to catch up on stories I may not have time to read through the week. Thought I would share some that caught my eye this week, maybe you will enjoy them with your morning coffee too.

Nova Scotia’s Historic Mounce Mansion Selling For Less Than Half A Million Dollars
I looked at this property on Facebook earlier this week when it was making the rounds, but I enjoyed this article which gave a bit more detail on the property and also on the interest it has garnered. I’d love to see a follow-up article or two on who buys the property and what their plans are for it. It’s stunning!
A Nova Scotia mansion on the market is generating a lot of interest from buyers across Canada — probably because the 7,000 sq.-ft. home can be purchased for less than what many pay for a cramped condo in some major Canadian cities. The Mounce Mansion, located in Nova Scotia’s scenic Annapolis Valley, has been on the market for just five days, but has already attracted interested buyers from as far away as B.C., realtor Wanda Graves told The Huffington Post Canada.

OK, I have driven by this property so many times and I am stunned by the photos! It is sweet! But what really impressed me, is the pictures from the backyard. I can just see sitting there on a summer day with a book and a glass of ice tea. Clouds rolling in? No problem, we’ll just move up to the covered porch.
