Sunday morning I usually grab a coffee and take time to catch-up on some stories I may not have had time to read throughout the week. I thought you might enjoy them with your Sunday morning coffee as well.
A walking challenge that sparked connection
This story is similar to my own…I’ve been walking regularly, and have occasionally invited friends to join me, or they have checked in and said, “want some company on your walk today?”. My route also takes almost an hour, which is the perfect time to catch up, get some fresh air and exercise. Win/win!
My Holiday Reminder
I chatted about this very topic on Thursday on my Instagram stories. It started with making a holiday spending plan(budget) and part of this exercise was thinking about our favourite holiday memories and ranking what made them special….people/food/gifts etc.
Before we caught up in the shopping, be sure to spend some time focusing on what you want your holiday season to look like, and then make a plan to make it happen.
