Vegetable Gardening as Therapy
With the countdown on to Wile’s Lake Farm Market opening day…March 30th…and Elspeth and I busy planning for our 2021 Facebook Live series, with a focus on gardening…it’s no news to me that vegetable gardening is therapy. However, I will always enjoy hearing my one of favourite Canadian bloggers…and gardener extraordinaire…wax poetic about the past time (vegetable or not) that is proven to be an effective method of improving mental health.
