A full time position is available at the South Shore Regional Centre for Education as a Payroll Clerk.
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of high school and of post secondary accounting education.
- Successful completion of payroll courses, such as those offered through the Canadian Payroll Association, would be a definite asset.
- Experience in the use and application of Microsoft Office Software and above average knowledge of spreadsheet applications, specifically Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is mandatory.
- Minimum two years experience in the field of payroll Accounting, primarily payroll.
- Ability to apply knowledge of payroll accounting with minimum supervision.
- Skill in analyzing and interpreting financial data.
- Good verbal and written communications.
