Really looking forward to watching Eastlink Community TV’s new 13-episode series called Handcrafted, this fall, which will be featuring several Lunenburg County artists. This is gonna be good!
“Handcrafted invites viewers to go on a journey to meet the artisans of Nova Scotia. From hobbyists to master artisans, the series explores the modern art world to discover the many wonderful items that are being made today the old-fashioned way,” Jordan Parker, a spokesperson for the program’s producers, Winter Light Productions of Halifax told LighthouseNOW in an email.

Lunenburg pool brings community, teams together in summer of COVID
A great story to end summer on. The Lunenburg outdoor pool opens for the community and has teams from Halifax and beyond using it to train and hold events.
Now, at the end of August, the summer is being hailed as a success. The pool became a community hub for families looking to get out of the house while offering swim teams from around the province a place to train.
