Aspiring Lunenburg chef Ethan Green earns award for culinary excellence
Wonderful profile on Lunenburg’s Ethan Green, who was one of six Nova Scotia Community College culinary graduates who have been selected to receive the 2020 Lieutenant Governor’s Award for Culinary Excellence.
Ethan is currently working at the Salt Shaker Deli, having been there for five years, starting as a dishwasher and working his way up. Congrats!
