Store owner looks to breath life into food sustainability
There’s a new general store in store…or should I say…in Blockhouse, and Camelia Frieberg, has big plans for this beautiful space, which already has translated into selling local produce and goods.
I really love the back to our roots approach, many new businesses are using. It might just be what we needed.

Stanfest, Lunenburg Folk Harbour keep the music rolling with special shows
The loss of music festivals due to Covid, was a huge blow to the towns that host them and the artists and musicians themselves. It is so encouraging to see live music happening again, especially for some of the long established and best-known summer music events, like Stanfest and our own Lunenburg Folk Harbour Festival. Bravo! 🙂

In the summer make a pitcher of ice tea and invite your friends over to sit a spell on the wrap around porch. In the winter, invite them in to warm up with a cuppa by the fire and admire the beauty of the Lahave River on a chilly day. It’s a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the scenery.
This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home, built in 1895 and located on the LaHave River, is a 2-story with a full height attic and full basement. There have been many upgrades done over the years, but it still maintains its old world charm. All new appliances are included with the house.
A beautiful family home or maybe a bed and breakfast, this is a chance for someone to make new memories. Visit PropertyGuys.com for all the details of this lovely home.
Thank you for spending part of your Sunday with us.
