The Justice Officer 3 is responsible for exhibit control, scheduling and monitoring cases, and the preparation and distribution of court orders and dockets. You are also accountable for document management, statistical data collection, and general accounting. As a Justice Officer 3, you will scrutinize documents, apply relevant Acts, statutes, policies and procedures and determine corrective measures where necessary.
In this role, you will train and mentor new staff in day to day operational activities, liaise with the Judiciary and legal profession, schedule Court cases and respond to inquiries and information requests from the public.
As a Justice Officer 3, you may be required to attend Court, perform Court-related functions and perform the duties of a Justice of the Peace. Your duties are performed in accordance with and as assigned under the Court Officials Act.
