More international students choosing to stay in N.S. after studies
This is good news. The fact that our universities welcome so many International students and that now many of them are planning to stay in the province….is a win/win. We need population growth here, and I can think of no better way to do it.
Bread Makes a Comeback
Like Oprah…I love bread. Heck we’ve even started a new series, by a bakery owner, called Bread is Life. 😉 I enjoyed this article, especially the video. The idea of these sour dough starters, some dating back over 100 years, is fascinating! Learning how to make good bread is always on my to do list, but for now I am happy to buy bread at one of our many fabulous bakeries here on the South Shore.
