‘A dream come true’: Mooseheads acquire N.S. native for Memorial Cup run
Leading with a local sports story today, that caused a lot of excitement here in my house. My son played with Keith Getson through most of his younger hockey career, and we are just so thrilled for Keith and his family over the news of his trade to the Halifax Mooseheads. In fact, we’re heading up to the Scotiabank Centre tomorrow to watch his first home game! The fact that he and Walter Flower, two South Shore boys, will be making a run for the Memorial Cup…is pretty cool. Go Keith!
If you go into the woods (in Lunenburg) you’ll find a big surprise
