Sunday morning I usually grab a coffee and take time to catch-up on some stories I may not have had time to read throughout the week. I thought you might enjoy them with your Sunday morning coffee as well.
Audrey Parker: Honouring a lifetime
You probably heard Audrey Parker’s name this week in the news. What a remarkable story of someone who took control in the end, just as she did all through her life. A beautiful death…what an amazing concept….by a truly incredible woman.
If you’re interested in hearing more, Audrey recorded a podcast with Sickboy last month (warning:strong language) and it was fascinating to hear her speak of planning the end of her life and how she stayed positive throughout.
The Christmas Pledge 2018
I shared this week a post I wrote back in 2016, about the key to enjoying the holidays is in November. The planning and organizing happens now, so that December is left for families, friend, food and general merriment.
Karen from The Art of Doing Stuff takes a Christmas Pledge each year that she writes about in hilarious fashion. She’s a fellow Canadian and is incredibly talented. She is a treasure and one of my favourite bloggers. Enjoy.

99 PRINCE Street Bridgewater
I want someone to buy this house, and then invite me over to see it. I can imagine this place with a cozy minimalist feel, with white walls and a few plants, highlighting all the beautiful features like the original wood floors, trim and glass knobs. Can you picture it?
This is just a sweet, charming house. For only $139 900, what a lovely starter home or for someone older looking to be in town and close to all the amenities including the bus, shopping and hospital.
