Chef Ray Bear breaks new ground
I love this. So much of it makes sense, but so much of it feels like one giant experiment. The idea of growing and raising the food he wants to prepare and serve in his restaurant is appealing and brilliant. I really want someone to document this…like a film crew. Maybe he’ll do a blog? 😉 I suspect it’s going to be a lot harder than her ever imagined, but you’ll never know unless you try. Brilliant! 🙂
