Frauke and Mike, are the owners and innkeepers of River Ridge Lodge, who moved here in 2017, after falling in love with Mahone Bay and the area, during a trip 17 years earlier. Also residing at the Lodge (but not on the guest side) are Charlie, a Newfoundland Landseer and a gentle giant and Max, a black and white Tuxedo cat, and Charlie’s buddy.
The newly renovated historic farmhouse sits on 10 acres of pastoral land which over looks the river and is just steps away from our incredible Trail System. Hiking, biking, boating or kayaking, all within your reach.

River Ridge Lodge also has complimentary guest bikes that would be perfect to hop on to the Rum Runners Trail, which can be accessed through a trail behind their barn.
