June 23
It’s the last weekend of June. What? How exactly did this happen? If you have kids, this time of year can feel like the sprint at the end of a marathon. There’s a lot that happens in the last week of June…proms, graduations, awards ceremonies, parties, last day of school, etc. This is on TOP of your every-day busy schedule! Know what you’re having for supper on those nights? That’s right….you still have to feed everyone! No worries, Fresh Cuts Market is here to make help with their fast and friendly service and fair prices. I am thankful for Fresh Cuts Friday at Fresh Cuts Market!
Even if you don’t have kids caught up in the craziness of June, it’s summer, and you want your meals to be easy and without a lot of fuss. My meal planning shifts in the summer to more of a “what am I barbecuing and what kind of salad are we having” type plan. I’m not usually in the mood for a big cooked meal at the end of a hot summer day, so with lots of great prices on fruits and vegetables, Fresh Cuts Market makes it easier than ever to have healthy and fresh options.
Here’s what we’re having this week…
Barbecued Steak with Barbecued Foil-Wrapped Potatoes and Steamed Broccoli
BLT’s with Cut up Cucumbers and Peppers and Chickpea and Black Bean Salad

I did a little Facebook Live video yesterday after I did my shop and shared my thoughts behind this week’s meal plan. You can check it out here…
