Oh my gosh you guys…have you seen the forecast for this weekend??? Sunny both days and a high of 21 degrees on Saturday! Woo Hoo…it’s going to be a beauty and I am SO excited. It’s a great time to get in the garden, go for a walk, and fire up that barbecue. Now we just need to get some groceries to be organized and make sure we have everything we need for this weekend and the week ahead. Good news Fresh Cuts Market is here to help. Welcome to Fresh Cuts Friday!
Besides the sunny forecast, it’s shaping up to be a great weekend as well at Fresh Cuts Market. It’s their Grand Opening! They opened their doors a few months ago but are now ready to celebrate with a Grand Opening Weekend with lots of terrific specials and promotions. Some giveaways, balloons for the kids, and the President of Atlantic Beef will also be there on Friday afternoon while they barbecue up some great Atlantic Beef burgers. Yum!

I usually plan my meals for the weekdays and then wing it a bit on the weekends, and use up any leftovers, veggies, etc. We are a family of five so that is typically who I am cooking for. My two older kids have just finished their first year at NSCC and are now on their summer schedules which involve jobs and working different shifts, so having a meal plan and knowing that I have the ingredients on hand to make sure there is something here for everyone to eat whenever they got home. Making a meal plan works for me. 🙂
So make plans to stop in into Fresh Cuts Market…I will be there on Friday afternoon from 2:00-4:00pm so stop by and say “hi!”… and check out their amazing Grand Opening specials and then settle into what is shaping up to be a glorious weekend. I for one…can not wait! 🙂 See you next week for Fresh Cuts Friday.
