Additional bought lime juice to equal ½ cup of juice
4 egg yolks, beaten
Note: If you get a bigger crust (9 or 10 inch) you can increase amounts to 3 cans SC milk, 5 egg yolks, and ¾ cup lime juice.
Instructions
Bake your graham crust for 10 minutes on 350. Remove and cool while you are preparing the pie filling.
Mix sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks in a bowl.
Juice the limes into a measuring cup and add additional lime juice to equal ½ cup. Pour into egg/condensed milk mixture. Mix well with beaters or by hand.
Pour into graham crust and bake 10-12 minutes at 350.
Remove and cool. Chill later.
Garnish with whipping cream and fresh lime to serve.
