Crockpot Pulled Pork Sandwiches

It’s so nice to spend weekends relaxing and not stressing about meals.  This Crockpot Pulled Pork Sandwiches recipe is one you will appreciate when you want to enjoy good comfort food on a weekend, or even on a weekday when you want to just come home and kick off your shoes and sit down to an easy hot meal.  You can use any kind of bbq sauce, according to your preference.   Or you can make a favourite homemade sauce.  To keep this easy, my preferred choice is Sweet Baby Ray’s sauce.  And for the coleslaw that accompanies this recipe, you can either buy already prepared or use this recipe for your own homemade version.
